Dans la rue’s web site is provided as a service to its visitors. Dans la rue reserves the right to modify, add or delete any information or any element of this site, at any time and for any reason.

In service to its vistors, and as such only, Dans la rue may incorporate hyperlinks to other websites into its content. These sites are not under its control, Dans la rue can not be held responsible for their content. Dans la rue is committed to protecting your personal data and your privacy. We only use the information you provide us to complete your inquiries and communicate with you.
Utilisation of personal information
We use your data to deliver the requested content (PDF, newsletter, etc.). Your name and phone number allow us, among other things, to contact you in the event of a question or problem with your donation and to thank you. Your e-mail address is required to enter into direct communication about our services and to deliver an e-newsletter, if you have made an express request. The information is kept indefinitely for reuse if necessary. To stop receiving our newsletter, please unsubscribe by clicking on the link in the email newsletter.
Anyone identified as active donor receives a donation request in October and if no response is received, a reminder is sent in December. A second request is sent in April. Dans la rue considers it important to inform its donors of the use made of their donations. To this end, a biannual newsletter accompanies the requests described above and aims to inform our donors of our news.
Protection of personal information

Sharing of Information Gathered Through the Website
It is only under the terms of a legal constraint (by court testimony, examination, request for documents, subpoena, civil inquiry or other similar proceeding pursuant to an order of a competent court, or in to comply with applicable terms imposed by a government agency or other regulatory authority, or other legal obligations) that Dans la rue would disclose your information to third parties.
Dans la rue assures you that selling or sharing donor lists is not and will never be part of its practices. Dans la rue’s Board of Directors has adopted a resolution to that effect.
