Make a donation
Thanks to the legacy Pops left us, homeless youth have a safe place where they take a break from life on the streets and find assistance, guidance, care and compassion.
The process of getting off the streets is rarely a straight line. Your donations make it possible for Dans la rue to help youth experiencing homelessness transition away from street life, one step forward at a time toward self-sufficiency.
Outplay homelessness is possible thanks to our precious family of donors. Every donation makes a world of difference to us, and to them. Thanks for your support!

Important information regarding donations
Dans la rue will automatically issue a tax receipt for donations of $20 or more. A receipt can be issued upon request for donations of less than $20. Receipts can not be made in the name of a third party, as required by law. Our federal charitable registration number is 13844 9020 RR0001.
We arrange for you to receive your tax receipt four to six weeks after we receive your donation. Please note that this delay might increase slightly during the busy holiday season. Rest assured – if you made a donation before or on December 31, you will receive your receipt in time to file your tax return (no later than February 28).
If you are one of the many donors who make monthly donations, either by bank transfer or by credit card, you will receive a single tax receipt for the total annual amount of your donations, at the latest February 28 of the following year. You can use a tax receipt within a 5-year period following the year of your donation.
