In a show of gratitude toward our legacy donors, we would like to honour some of the people who generously included Dans la rue in their will
before passing on.

A life dedicated to others
When Louis Faille came to visit us at the Day Centre, he shared a moving description of his late aunt, Lolita Faille, a free-spirited, curious and profoundly altruistic woman.
A social worker who lived for nearly 20 years in New York, Lolita had a lively interest in the world around her — young people in particular, with whom she forged heartfelt and authentic connections.
A natural mentor
Louis fondly remembers how devoted and affectionate his aunt was. When he was a boy, she would play with him and listen attentively to whatever he would tell her.
Her sensitivity and compassion made her a gentle and comforting presence.
She began donating to Dans la rue in 1999. The substantial bequest she made in her will was a natural extension of her generosity, as well as the lifelong love and respect she had for all young people.
