During Montréal Pride, Dans la rue highlights the realities faced by 2SLGBTQIA+ youth experiencing homelessness and underscores the importance of creating safe, inclusive, and judgment-free spaces.

In the midst of a housing crisis and growing residential instability among young people, Dans la rue offers several initiatives inspired by the Housing First for Youth model. The Quebec government has announced $94,500 in funding for Dans la rue’s ASPIRE project. This support will make it possible to continue and enhance the support provided to youth in the child welfare system, with the aim of promoting their stability, independence, and transition to adulthood.
